
Travis Little
Attorney
Travis Little has represented individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death litigation since 2009. The most common matters the firm accepts are claims involving car and truck wrecks, incidents of slip and fall or trip and fall, and the most tragic torts resulting in wrongful death. However, the firm has evaluated and represented clients in a wide variety of matters. It has traditionally accepted and prevailed in cases that other firms consider to be too challenging to litigate or impossible to win.
Over the years, Travis has litigated against some of the largest corporations in the world, including Allstate, Bombardier, Coca-Cola, Comcast, Delta, GEICO, Hilton, Kroger, Lyft, Marriott, McDonalds, Nestle, Progressive, State Farm, Subway, Target, and Walmart, and is one of the plaintiff’s attorneys responsible for securing a landmark $43.5 million wrongful death verdict against a dangerous nursing home operator in Floyd County, Georgia.
Since 2014, Travis has held an “AV – Preeminent” peer rating, the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. In 2018 and 2019, he was listed as a SuperLawyers “Rising Star.” In 2020, he opened North Atlanta Injury Law, a plaintiffs personal injury trial law firm. In 2025, his firm was named the best personal injury firm in Milton, Georgia.
Travis was raised in Lexington, Kentucky and played college hockey at Brigham Young University. He spent two years away from his undergraduate studies to serve as a church volunteer in Santiago, Chile, from 1999-2001, where he became fluent in Spanish.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from BYU, he secured his law degree from the University of Kentucky, graduating in 2008. During law school, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and was recognized by a number of organizations for his commitment to pro bono service.
Travis has resided in the north Atlanta areas surrounding Alpharetta/Milton, Roswell, and Marietta with his wife, Summer, and their four children since 2008. He has been a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) since 2009. He has served in leadership positions with the GTLA, including as a member of the GTLA executive committee and as chair of the GTLA’s Verdict editorial board.
Travis founded North Atlanta Injury Law in 2020 to provide a greater degree of control and independence in the matters he was able to accept and to provide a more personal levels of advice and assistance to clients.
At North Atlanta Injury Law, Travis and his staff help their clients achieve the fairest possible results in their cases. They communicate with their clients through the firm’s state-of-the-art client portal, where case updates are available around the clock, even when the firm’s offices are closed.

Leycei Gordon
Paralegal
Leycei Gordon was raised in Roswell, Georgia and is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. She holds a paralegal certificate from the University of Georgia. She gained extensive experience in civil litigation at several other law firms in the Atlanta metro area prior to joining North Atlanta Injury Law.
Leycei is a private investigator and maintains an active license with the Georgia Secretary of State. In 2024, an article she submitted was published in quarterly journal of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).
In her role at the firm, she primarily handles litigation matters. She assists clients in complying with deadlines and explaining litigation terms and requirements. She files pleadings, prepares responses to written discovery, and schedules and coordinates client meetings, depositions, mediations, and other important events. She joined North Atlanta Injury Law in 2023.

Joandaly Chavez
Paralegal
Joandaly Chavez was born in Texas. She obtained her paralegal certificate from the University of Georgia.
Joandaly came to North Atlanta Injury Law after many years successfully assisting personal injury victims at other law firms in the Atlanta, Georgia area. She has extensive experience handling personal injury matters, including premises liability and motor vehicle negligence, with compassion, speed, and attention to detail.
Joandaly is fluent in Spanish. In her role at the firm, Joandaly assists injury victims and their families primarily in pre-litigation matters by helping onboard them to the firm, gather documents and evidence, confirm medical treatment status, and prepare settlement proposals (demands) for cases in a pre-litigation posture. She assists Spanish-speaking clients thoughout their time at the firm, whether the case is in or outside litigation. She joined North Atlanta Injury Law in 2024.
