
Travis Little
The Founder and Managing Attorney
Travis Little represents individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He has litigated against some of the largest corporations in the world, including Allstate, Bombardier, Coca-Cola, Delta, Hilton, Kroger, Lyft, Marriott, McDonalds, Nestle, State Farm, Subway, Target, Walmart, and others. He is one of the plaintiff’s attorneys responsible for securing a landmark $43.5 million wrongful death verdict in Floyd County, Georgia.
Since 2014, Travis has held an “AV – Preeminent” peer rating, the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. He holds a perfect 10.0 rating from Avvo. In 2018 and 2019, he was listed as a SuperLawyers “Rising Star.” In 2020, he opened North Atlanta Injury Law, a plaintiffs personal injury trial law firm.
Travis was raised in Lexington, Kentucky. He played college hockey at Brigham Young University. From the age of 19 until he was 21, Travis lived in Santiago, Chile, as a church volunteer, where he became fluent in Spanish.
After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from BYU, he secured his law degree from the University of Kentucky. During law school, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and recognized by a number of organizations for his commitment to pro bono service.
Currently, he is member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA). He has previously served on the GTLA executive committee and as chair of the Verdict editorial board.
Travis married the former Summer Prescott in 2004. They and their four children, Finley, Nash, Dawson, and Greta, reside in Roswell, Georgia.

Ginny Moreno-Bartlett
Senior Litigation Paralegal
Ginny Moreno-Bartlett has over 15 years experience in personal injury and mass tort litigation. She has honed her paralegal skills at both plaintiff and defense firms in the Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas, Texas areas. Ms. Moreno-Bartlett was raised in Cobb County, Georgia and attended Kennesaw State University, where she studied nursing. She has a keen ability to understand and analyze medical records, including an eye for what matters to insurance companies. She has trained and supervised other paralegals. Her personal injury experience, efficiency, and organization make her an asset to North Atlanta Injury Law’s clients. She joined the firm in 2020.
In her role at the firm, Ginny assists injury victims and their families by providing expert-level assistance coupled with wisdom and compassion. She is involved in the firm’s cases from beginning to end. She assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, managing the discovery process, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, and drafting pleadings and letters. She also maintains all document production and the client case file, and is integral in preparing for mediations, case evaluations, hearings, and trials.
