Collision with Minor Damage due to Trailer Hitch

The plaintiff in this case was rear-ended by another driver while turning right at a busy intersection. There was minimal damage to the plaintiff’s vehicle, perhaps due to the trailer hitch that prevented the bullet vehicle from impacting the bumper or tailgate of the plaintiff’s truck. The plaintiff alleged that the incident aggravated his preexisting injuries and caused new injuries. The defendant disputed that the crash could have caused the injuries. Venue: Lawrenceville, Georgia.
