Passenger in a vehicle suffered serious injuries when his friend drove while intoxicated and left the roadway, resulting in a single vehicle crash. The drunk driver then left the injured passenger at the scene while attempting to flee from police. The drunk driver was on probation for a prior DUI conviction at the time of the second crash. The driver was not of legal drinking age at the time of either collision. Venue: Lawrenceville, Georgia.
